Delivery

Where is my order?

As soon as the parcel is handed over from the warehouse to the parcel service, you will receive a shipping-confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail.

Returns

How do I return my order?

Products ordered from the CODE-ZERO Racing online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Check the details here: Returns


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have approved the return shipment, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation that the invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next few days. You will receive this amount by the same method with which you paid for your purchase.


Customer Account

How do I manage my customer account?

You will find the account settings in the navigation by clicking on the account symbol. In your account settings you can set your personal data, default payment method, default billing address, default shipping address and you can get an overview of your orders.
