1. Complete return slip
Please complete the return slip and place it in the return package with the items to be returned. This helps us to speed up the processing of your return.
Please make sure that the items you want to return are not worn and do not remove any labels.
2. Drop off at the parcel shop
You can choose any parcel service of your choice. However, we recommend choosing a service with tracking and proof of delivery. Please keep your parcel receipt until the return is completed, it will serve as proof for you.
3. Receive refund
Once your return has arrived and been reviewed at the warehouse, you will automatically receive your refund. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days.
